Your photos and patterns

Photo conversion and chart editing happen in your browser. We do not upload your original photo. Starting checkout sends the current stitch chart, fabric settings, pattern name and receipt email to our server so that we can deliver that purchased version.

Payments and storage

Waffo hosts checkout and processes payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number. Cloudflare hosts this website and stores purchase records and chart snapshots. Waffo and Cloudflare may process data in countries outside your own.

Your browser stores purchase access tokens and chart snapshots so that you can return to downloads on the same device. Clearing browser storage can remove that access. Keep your receipt and downloaded PDF.

Operational records

We retain order references, payment status, chart snapshots and receipt emails for delivery, support and transaction records. We use a hashed network identifier with an hourly time window to limit checkout abuse. We do not publish your chart or sell your personal data. This version uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

Your data rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your purchase by emailing support@crossstitchpattern.top. Include your receipt reference so we can verify the request. You may also request a copy of your saved chart or ask us to restrict processing where applicable. We may retain transaction records needed to meet legal obligations or resolve payment disputes; we will explain any applicable limit when responding. This service does not create user accounts. You can remove locally saved charts and purchase access through your browser settings; download your PDF first.
