What you purchase

Previewing, editing and the preview PNG are free. A $4.99 one-time purchase provides a printable PDF of the chart version saved at checkout, including symbol chart pages, a colour key, dimensions and estimated thread quantities. It is not a subscription. Later edits or a different image require a separate purchase.

Payment confirmation comes from Waffo. Returning from checkout alone does not unlock a download. Saved purchase access works in the browser and device used to purchase. Download and keep your PDF; if access is lost, contact support with your receipt.

Pattern limitations

Charts use full cross stitches only. We do not infer backstitch or other specialty stitches. DMC screen colours and thread quantities are approximations. Inspect the preview and check physical thread samples before purchasing materials. Printed chart cells are enlarged for readability, not fabric-scale templates. This service is not affiliated with DMC.

Your images

Use images you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your images. We process the chart snapshot to fulfil your purchase and provide support.

Acceptable use and violations

Do not use this service with images you have no right to use, for illegal content, to interfere with service security, or to commit payment fraud. If misuse is confirmed, we may remove affected chart data or suspend the relevant purchase access as reasonably necessary to stop the misuse or comply with the law. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error. These measures do not remove applicable consumer rights.
